Invisible braces gradually shift your teeth into an ideal position. By wearing a series of invisible braces for 2 weeks at a time, your teeth move up to 0.3mm per set until ideal alignment is reached.

Your most frequent questions, answered.

Yes. Your teeth straightening treatment will be reviewed, designed, approved and monitored by our licensed partner dentists.

A become journey typically takes an average of 6 months to complete, but the dentists assigned to you will determine the optimal plan for you.

Most people experience some pain for a few days after wearing new invisible braces. This is perfectly normal. It is a sign that your invisible braces are working, gently moving your teeth into correct positions. This pain should gradually go away after a few days.

Our invisible braces are made of BPA-free, medical grade plastic with an integrated elastomer that governs the braces relative flexibility and rigidity. Commonly used materials include methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MID) and 1.6-hexanediol (HD). Our manufacturer adds proprietary materials to their braces in a quest to make them as non-reactive, hypo-allergenic, and effective as possible.

You’ll be assigned to a member of our customer care team from the beginning, referred to as a Smile Companion. If you have any concerns or need assistance, you may call or text your Smile Companion and they’ll assist you.

Yes, based on your scan results, we create a custom treatment plan which shows a before and after 3D visualisation of how your teeth will move with treatment. You can see examples of how our treatment plans work by visiting our Testimonials page.

If you lose one of your braces, you must order a replacement right away. While waiting for your replacement to arrive, you will need to wear the previous invisible braces to ensure that your teeth do not shift back to their original position.

After treatment, you’ll need to wear your retainers regularly to maintain your new smile. You’ll need to wear them as instructed in your treatment plan.
